Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
YOUNG ("we," "us," or "the Practice") operates young.inc (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
The Site has one way to send us information: the contact form. When you submit it, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Treatment of interest
- The message you write
We do not have user accounts, a login system, or any way to purchase products or services through the Site. We do not collect payment or financial information.
How Your Information Is Used and Where It Goes
When you submit the contact form, your information is sent directly from your browser to Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, which emails it to our staff at info@young.inc so we can respond to your inquiry. We use this information only to follow up with you about the treatment or question you asked about.
A Note on Medical Information
Please do not use the contact form to send detailed medical history, diagnoses, medication information, or other sensitive health information. The contact form is not a secure clinical messaging system, and our current form vendor (Web3Forms) is not under a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with us. If you need to share medical details, please call us at 949 760 1985.
Third-Party Services
The Site uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy practices:
- Web3Forms — processes and delivers contact form submissions
- Vercel — hosts the Site
- Google Maps — embedded on the Contact page to show our location
- YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) — embedded video on service pages, loaded via youtube-nocookie.com
We do not control these services' data practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
Cookies
The Site itself does not set any first-party cookies. However, the embedded Google Maps and YouTube content may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by Google's and YouTube's respective privacy policies.
Analytics
We do not currently use any analytics, tracking, or advertising tools on the Site.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and are deleted upon request (see below).
Your Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we hold about you and the right to request its deletion. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
To make a request, or with any privacy questions, contact us at info@young.inc.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 18.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
